We had a very nice platter here - cold meats, cheeses, selection of breads. Also a very good selection of drinks that you may have never heard of - took my chance with one and found it very, very good. I loved the experience, but my wife not so much. Can't win them all I guess, but if you love cheese, cold meats, breads, etc. really worth a look.

We were visiting lago orta, and saw this little restaurant and decided to have lunch, only to discover that we already missed the right time for lunch. The kind waitress offered us a cold meats and cheeses plate. The plate was in the right size for 2 people and the meats and cheeses were delicious. We loved the sauces that were added, red sauce, and white sauce - bagnia cauda that was based on artichokes and was amazing. With the meal we drank the house wine ,white and red wine which were nice and suited the cold plate we were having. I enjoyed eating there and definitely will try to visit again this time at the right time and haveget a proper meal :)

The meat and cheese platters were amazing. And more than enough to share between two people. They have their concept of serving wine with cold cuts, instead of tourist pizzas and pasta, and they do it really well. It was quite a busy place in the evening, but we didn’t mind waiting for a table.
